At the southern, deeper fringe of the bay, expect to find some boulder swimthroughs, and at the northern edge typically a battery of barracuda can be sighted as well as a banded seasnake.
In the shallows of the 'Garden' you will find an assortment of hard coral in an arrangement that gives this site its name. Dive around the coral heads and over the bed of soft tube corals. Enjoy the colours of the beautiful Butterfly, Angel, Banner & Parrot fish that are common to this site.
Japanese Garden is a divesite for all levels of diver and is one of the more picturesque and popular dive sites around Koh Tao.
